Registering a church

• The person who registers a church must be entitled to act for it, and becomes its first administrator. Registering is free.

The church’s responsibility

• The church decides who uses its books and what each person may do, and is responsible for what they record.
• Church Accounting keeps the books the way the church records them. The church’s own officers, and its auditors, remain responsible for its accounts.

Using it properly

• Each person signs in with their own account and keeps their password to themselves. Do not use the platform for anything unlawful, or try to reach another church’s books.

Changes and suspension

• The platform may change as it improves; what a church has recorded stays with it.
• The people who run the platform may suspend a church’s access if it is misused. Its people can still sign in, and its books stay as they were.
